We incorporate breathing practices, body posture and facial posture techniques because we know that everything in the body is connected. You will leave our workshop glowing in your face but also feeling better in your body and mind.

    We love the idea of relying on ourselves, first and foremost, with our skincare rituals. We teach natural skincare solutions because we believe that the most common sense practices (promoting the movement of blood and lymph, relaxing your face, releasing tension in your face) when practiced consistently, have the most powerful results.

    We bring our techniques into your space because as busy, modern professionals, we know how hard it is to find time to prioritize self-care.

  • Relax

    You will walk into our workshop and immediately sense a calm and supportive space - natural colors, calming music, breath work and meditation, shoulder/neck work and precious time to focus only on yourself. Touching your face with your hands release oxytocin and brings an immediate sense of calm.

Building you up + Cultivating community.

We believe there is nothing more beautiful that someone who is confident from within. We start each workshop with a brief affirmation practice to spark that inner-power. Though we know affirmations alone won’t make you confident, we believe they are a key part of the overall #glowgetter toolkit.

We think that in our modern era, building community is increasingly important. We start each workshop by meeting someone new to share and accept a compliment. Unwind through interaction - it can feel awkward but we promise you’ll feel better afterwards!
